Dr. Sanjay Puligadda (MBA, PhD) – is a professor, improvisor, playwright, actor, and innovation consultant with expertise in applied improvisation, innovation, creativity development techniques, design thinking, and innovation culture. His blend of experience in higher education, industry, and theater provides a unique perspective on fostering innovation.

His blend of academic training and business experience coupled with improv and creativity training is behind our approach to ground-breaking creativity and innovation built upon the bedrock of an analytical understanding of the processes, culture, and realities of an organization.

Sanjay is a creative problem-solving facilitator who works with executives, professionals, organizations, and students. He has a rich history in acting, writing and directing plays, and improvising. He has worked with several startups in the Cincinnati area in developing their marketing and innovation strategy. He has designed and delivered sessions focused on creativity, listening, team building, empathy, public speaking, innovation, and collaboration. Prior to his PhD, he was an account planner at FCB (India) helping a Fortune 500 company’s strategic brand planning and communication efforts. He was instrumental in developing key consumer insights and providing strategic direction to the agency’s creatives.
