Some Reviews

“Innovation Soup is a must-read for organizations that are committed to turn innovation into an ongoing strength. The content and style are approachable yet thorough. It is also timely and essential in today’s post-Covid times, as it provides specific guidelines, methods, and tools to develop a culture of innovation. The InnoQTM (the tool discussed) is a must for organizations trying to be innovative. While there is a ton of research and data, the book is beautifully written to keep you engaged.”

Innovation Soup: A Recipe for Organizational Success" is just what I've been looking for to help great charitable organizations take their social impacts to the next level. It's a fast and idea-packed read. The footnotes alone are invaluable, and the action takeaways are inspired.

If you like a really tasty soup, you'll love this one and the success that it inspires will amaze you."
“Innovation Soup,” explains how true, repeatable innovation can be fostered by mixing up the right ingredients to create the kind of creative, collaborative culture that leads to a high-performing organization most of us aspire to be part of. I like the insight that sometimes, at the end of the day, companies do not need to do as much as they need to undo. Years of building processes and bureaucracy create barriers to innovation. I often say pioneers who understand innovation very well are the first people to grab the door, which eventually hurts the flow of new ideas. The book combines the authors’ insights with a fictional tale of two friends who work in different companies, one thriving, the other struggling, and how the latter starts moving towards becoming an innovative organization.
